So that’s why I created VIA. A collection of content designed to share with you what I have discovered about personal development. To focus on our own growth we need to consciously plan those steps and I hope that this content can help you do exactly that.
My career has included Senior Advertising roles working across some of the UK’s best Radio and Magazine brands and generating revenue worth millions. It was an experience I loved, but over time my passion for personal development grew stronger and I made the decision to switch career paths. I invested in a coaching accreditation, studies on the psychology of personal growth and building training skills and this led me to a Tutor role at Bauer Academy where I was able to concentrate on learning and development full time.
Since then, I have built my skills further. I have gained a teaching qualification, completed a “Leaders of Learning” course with HarvardX and studied how neuroscience underpins the learning mindset. My role is now as Head of Leadership where Bauer Academy offers Leadership apprenticeships at multiple levels, including an MSc and a wide range of L&D courses on key topics such as goal setting, strategy and project management.
At weekends you can also find me fuelling my passion for history and architecture by providing guided tours at West Wycombe Park, working with individuals on their life coaching goals or working on my photography (all the images on this site are my own).
